Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

myvirpa is a reminder app for Android. This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: your reminders stay on your phone, and we don't collect your contacts, calls or messages.

What stays on your phone

This information is stored only on your phone. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting a reminder, clearing the history, or uninstalling the app removes it.

What we don't collect

The free app has no account and sends no personal information to our servers. It does not read your contact list, call log or text messages.

Permissions the app asks for, and why

Voice

When you tap the microphone, your phone's own voice typing (usually Google) turns your words into text. That service is provided by your phone, under its own privacy terms. myvirpa only receives the text.

Calls and messages

PA's calls to you are made by your phone and cost nothing. Calls and messages you choose to make use your own SIM and are charged by your mobile network.

Paid plans

Future paid plans (for example real phone calls, SMS sent for you, or backup) will need some information to be sent to our service. We will update this policy and ask for your agreement before any of that starts.

Children

myvirpa is meant for adults and for families managed by an adult.
